Partner terms

I confirm that I am acting for my business or as a sole trader, not as a consumer, and I agree to the Sitetals partner terms. Commission is due only on a customer's first paid invoice that carries my approved code, calculated on the amount actually paid net of tax; a refund reduces it at the same rate; and no commission is due where a condition is not met. I am free to refer or not to refer. I am not an agent, employee or representative of Sitetals and have no authority to negotiate or conclude contracts for it; the arrangement is non-exclusive and has no territory. Sitetals pays in the currency of the country where the commission was earned, on the payment date shown on the statement, and deducts bank charges from the amount transferred. Sitetals issues a monthly commission statement that serves as the invoice for my commission. I may dispute a statement in writing at legal@sitetals.com within 30 days of receiving it; a statement not disputed in that time is treated as accepted, and any undisputed part is paid when due. I am responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on the commission. Either side may end the arrangement at any time; commission already earned remains payable. Sitetals may suspend a code that is used to mislead.

Self-billing agreement

I authorise QuikForge Limited to issue, in my name and on my behalf, the invoice for each commission statement (self-billing). I will issue no other invoice for the same commission, and I will tell Sitetals in writing without delay if my tax identification number, VAT status or address changes. Each statement counts as my invoice unless I object in writing within 30 days of receiving it; if I object, it ceases to count as an invoice for the disputed part and a corrected statement is issued. I may withdraw this authorisation at any time by written notice, with effect for later statements. I understand that no commission is paid until I have given this agreement.
