Web agencies, IT providers and consultants who work with small businesses in Singapore and France get asked about their clients' privacy policies, cookie banners and legal notices. Send those clients to Sitetals. They order and pay us directly, we deliver the report, and you earn a commission on their first payment.

Two ways to work with us

Referral or partnership

Referral

You introduce. We do the rest.

20% of each customer's first paid invoice, calculated on the amount paid net of tax. You never deliver anything and you never have to send us an invoice.

Partnership

For partners who send us clients regularly.

20% on your first 5 paying customers, then 25% on every customer after that. A customer's rate is fixed when that customer pays, so your first 5 stay at 20%.

These are our standard rates; the rate that applies to you is confirmed in your approval email and shown in your partner dashboard. Either way, you earn once per new customer: on the first invoice that customer ever pays us, provided it carries your code. A business that has already paid Sitetals before does not earn you a commission, and renewals and later orders from the same customer earn nothing more. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is reduced at the same rate.

How it works

From application to payment

  1. Apply with your business details. Partners are businesses and sole traders based in Singapore or France. We ask for your company, tax or registration number and postal address. No bank details at this stage.
  2. We review every application by hand and reply within 24 hours. Once approved, you receive your own code and a link of the form sitetals.com/r/YOURCODE.
  3. Your client uses your link or types your code at checkout. When someone opens your link, our site asks their permission before it remembers your code. If they decline, they can still type the code when they order.
  4. Commission is earned when the client's first invoice is paid. You see it in your partner dashboard, listed by our invoice number only. We never show you the client's name, email or website.
  5. One statement a month. On the first working day of each month we prepare a statement for the month before. That statement serves as the invoice for your commission. It is paid on the date shown on it, normally the 10th, in the currency of the country where the commission was earned, which is the currency your client paid in: SGD for an order placed in Singapore, EUR for an order placed in France. Bank charges are deducted from the amount transferred.
  6. Sign in with an emailed code to see your code and link, your statements, and to add the bank account we pay into.
Before you apply

The terms, in short

  • You act for your business or as a sole trader, not as a consumer.
  • You are free to refer or not. You are not our agent, employee or representative, and you cannot negotiate or sign contracts for us. The arrangement is non-exclusive and has no territory.
  • Describe Sitetals accurately, and tell the businesses you refer that you receive a commission from us. If you recommend Sitetals in public, for example on your website or social media, label it clearly as a paid partnership. We may suspend a code that is used to mislead.
  • If your profession has its own rules on referral fees or commissions (for example accountants), you are responsible for checking that you may accept one and for any disclosure those rules require.
  • Partners in France also give a self-billing agreement, on the application form or later from the partner dashboard: our monthly statement is then issued as your invoice, in your name and on your behalf. No commission is paid until that agreement and your bank details are in place.
  • You declare and pay any tax due on your commission.
  • You can dispute a statement in writing at legal@sitetals.com within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Either side can end the arrangement at any time. Commission already earned remains payable.
