Report delivery times depend on your website's server response speed, which is outside our control. The estimates above assume a normally responsive website. Very slow servers or sites with many redirects may take longer. Enterprise reports (2,000+ pages) are always delivered within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your report is ready.

Common questions

How do I know which pricing tier I need?
Your tier is determined by the number of pages on your website. Run a free scan first — we'll count your pages automatically from your sitemap and recommend the right tier. If your site has no sitemap, we estimate page count from your navigation structure.
What countries do you cover?
Currently France, Germany and Singapore. Select the jurisdiction that applies to your business when running a scan — the key is choosing the right regulatory framework, not the domain extension. We check French law (LCEN, CNIL/RGPD), German law (TMG, TTDSG, DSGVO) and Singapore law (PDPA, PDPC). More countries are planned.
Does one report cover all countries?
No. Each report is jurisdiction-specific. A Germany report covers German law only (TTDSG, DSGVO) — it does not cover French or Singapore regulations. This is clearly stated on the scan results page, the payment screen, your invoice, and the report itself. If you need compliance coverage for multiple countries, you need one report per jurisdiction.
My website targets visitors in multiple countries. What do I do?
Run a separate scan for each jurisdiction you operate in. Select the relevant country each time — we will count your pages, apply the correct legal framework, and produce a country-specific report. You pay per jurisdiction. This is the correct approach: EU law, Singapore law and other frameworks each have distinct requirements that a single scan cannot cover together.
Is this legal advice?
No. Sitetals.com is an independent compliance research service. Our reports identify potential compliance issues based on publicly accessible information. They are not legal opinions. For formal legal advice, consult a qualified lawyer specialising in the relevant jurisdiction (EU data protection, Singapore PDPA, or other applicable law).
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card via Stripe, and bank transfer (IBAN). Bank transfer orders are processed within one business day of payment confirmation. Access keys and invoices are sent by email automatically.
How long does a full scan take?
Micro sites (1–20 pages): ~5 minutes. Small (up to 100 pages): ~10 minutes. Medium (up to 500 pages): ~20 minutes. Large (up to 2,000 pages): ~1 hour. Enterprise (2,000+ pages): within 24 hours. All times depend on your website's server response speed.
What is a re-scan and why would I need one?
After you fix the issues identified in your report, a re-scan verifies that your site is now compliant and generates an updated report. We encourage re-scanning once issues are addressed — re-scan promotions may be available at the time of purchase.
