Your tier is determined by the number of pages on your website. The free scan counts the pages linked from your homepage and suggests a tier from that — an estimate, not a full count: a site whose pages are not linked from the homepage reads as smaller than it is. If you know your real page count, pick the tier that matches it. The paid scan reads the URLs your sitemap declares, or the pages linked from your homepage if there is no sitemap.

Currently France, Germany and Singapore. Select the jurisdiction that applies to your business when running a scan — the key is choosing the right regulatory framework, not the domain extension. We check French law (LCEN, CNIL/RGPD), German law (DDG, TDDDG, DSGVO) and Singapore law (PDPA, PDPC). More countries are planned.

No. Each report is jurisdiction-specific. A Germany report covers German law only (TDDDG, DSGVO) — it does not cover French or Singapore regulations. This is clearly stated on the scan results page, the payment screen, your invoice, and the report itself. If you need compliance coverage for multiple countries, you need one report per jurisdiction.

Run a separate scan for each jurisdiction you operate in. Select the relevant country each time — we will count your pages, apply the correct legal framework, and produce a country-specific report. You pay per jurisdiction. This is the correct approach: EU law, Singapore law and other frameworks each have distinct requirements that a single scan cannot cover together.

For formal legal advice, consult a qualified lawyer specialising in the relevant jurisdiction (EU data protection, Singapore PDPA, or other applicable law).

Credit/debit card via Stripe, and bank transfer (IBAN). Bank transfer orders are processed within one business day of payment confirmation. Access keys and invoices are sent by email automatically.

We do not publish a delivery time. Your report is generated when you start it with your access key, and how long that takes depends on the size of your site and how fast its server answers — a large site can take well over an hour. You can close the tab; we email you when it is ready. On an Agency Plan, a full scan is started from your dashboard instead: scans run one at a time for each dashboard, a scan that has not finished after 2 hours stops without a result and is not counted, and the result appears in your dashboard rather than by email.

After you fix the issues identified in your report, a re-scan generates an updated report. We encourage re-scanning once issues are addressed — re-scan promotions may be available at the time of purchase.
